JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to assist our Vice President of Production Marketing and Manager of Production at full capacity in obtaining all promotional marketing materials for FOX Entertainment award-winning campaigns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to see and learn the in's and out's of how Fox Entertainment creates and distribute our content through a productions and promotion lens. We want someone who is eager to learn and ready to join the team and hit the ground running.

A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with studio partners (shows, studios, and post facilities) to plan, track, troubleshoot, and distribute all promo deliverables within the network and to vendors and ad agencies to ensure multiple deadlines are achieved
• Work with Fox Post Technology and Operations to plan and troubleshoot materials
• Obtain and distribute all creative show elements including dailies, rough cuts, online, air copies, off-air records, high res footage, audio elements, and stock footage.
• Manage asset requests for campaigns and manage grids, scripts, schedules, invoices, and other highly confidential records
• Acquire all production documents for each project, from the production companies, Fox Entertainment Development department, and Publicity Department (this includes one-sheets, press releases, talent updates, and show rundowns)
• Enforce Delivery Requirements for assigned Fox Entertainment shows with Production teams. During our annual pilot season, it's required that we request specific technical delivery requirements from all new shows
• Convey technical information to editors and writer-producers for shot restrictions, general dailies information, and delivery of audio files and visual effects for assigned shows; must traffic and deliver key assets such as avid bins, AAFS, and graphic elements
• Contact talent and copyright holders for clips planned to be included in concept spots for promos
• Process necessary licensing agreements when permission is approved and granted

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Comfortable with using BOX, Monday, and Adobe Acrobat applications
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with Avid and Editing technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized
• Willingness to work after hours and on weekends
• Timely communication
• Can-do attitude
