JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter responsible for supporting Fox's Campus program and Early career recruitment. As the Recruiter, you will work closely with both East and West Coast Campus Managers to help with developing relationships with universities and various organizations to help effectively build a talent pipeline for entry-level and campus roles across Fox.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full-cycle management of the recruitment process for early career roles and campus recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback gathering, reference checks and negotiation of offers
• Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions, including entry-level roles
• Update and monitor Workday applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry/campus hiring statistics as requested
• Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals, etc
• Assist in the development of recruitment outreach strategies to identify and develop external candidate sources, including diversity sources. This includes participation in external events, career fairs, conferences and hosting in-house events
• Collaborate with key HR professionals and business leaders and establish relationships with client groups to fully understand their objectives
• Represent Fox at internal/external Campus & Recruitment events

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 3+ years of successful university recruiting/coordinating experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing, and candidate relationship management
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday
• Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources, Campus Recruitment and Program Management
• Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for travel and to work some early morning and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
