JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Marketing Technology team focused on Digital Advertising and Email Marketing! As our Marketing Technolgy (MarTech) Analyst, you will be able to interact with the marketing and media teams to build segments and perform analysis based on digital media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will support various media and marketing teams across the organization by building and activating segments, utilize digital consumer data, and deliver actionable insights that improve media spendy, and inform product and marketing strategies.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Marketing and Media teams to identify gaps in knowledge and opportunities to improve marketing and media campaigns
• Work with Data Services to track and access new data elements
• Build user segments for both analysis and targeting
• Participate in planning meetings with marketing teams and agencies to understand campaign goals and performance
• Assist with digital advertising data mapping and cleansing
• Work with Data Science team to build enhancements and develop insights

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelors Degree in a technical field or in Marketing with a high technical aptitude
• 5+ years of work experience
• Experience working within a DMP (Adobe Audience Manager, Bluekai, Salesforce DMP, Permutive, etc.)
• Expert in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write SQL for data extraction
• Thorough understanding of data analytics methodologies
• Baseline understanding of how Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence work within Marketing Systems
• Understanding of the Digital Ad Ecosystem, including Data Management Platforms (DMP), and Demand Side Platforms (DSP)

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Python scripting (Anaconda framework) experience
• Digital Advertising experience
