JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a strategic thinking, self-driven, and enthusiastic team player to join our FOX Inclusion team as a Manager of Inclusion Programs and Events. In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and provide a broad range of support in guiding Fox Corporation's diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy. You will be responsible for setting priorities and measuring progress against goals and collaborating with key stakeholders across the business to develop company-wide D&I programming, including training, workshops, and events around specific inclusion initiatives.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a point of contact across the company for all D&I related inquiries
• Collaborate with internal Employee Resource Group leaders, advising on overall strategies and programming for their development
• Manage relationships with existing external partners and help cultivate new partnerships, specifically as they relate to supporting historically underrepresented populations
• Partner with the Recruiting team to identify areas of opportunity for attracting more diverse candidate pools
• Collaborate with the Fox News and Fox Corporation Media Relations and Corporate Communications teams to build awareness of initiatives both internally and externally
• Assist in developing inclusion programs and events that ensure inclusivity, specifically onboarding, training and development, employee engagement events, and summer internship programs
• Manage D&I programs budget, including approval of Employee Resource Group expenses in accordance with internal policies
• Benchmark data, policies, and practices against external companies, including completing benchmarking surveys
• Collaborate closely across the Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Community and Employee Engagement teams to ensure inclusivity across all practices and processes

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Broad knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion best practices, and Human Resources practices
• 3+ years of experience as a Coordinator/Project Manager or relevant internship experience
• Previous experience developing and executing on-site and virtual corporate events
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion involving confidential information
• Some knowledge of all employment laws, including: Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act, FMLA, CFRA, Workers' Compensation, and Harassment

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Interest in learning and development
• Prior experience developing advancement and enrichment programs (school or work-related)
