FOX Weather is looking for an Executive Producer, Weather Presentation to join our team!

FOX Weather is an ad-supported digital weather service that will provide critical information through cutting-edge digital products, engaging on-the-go audiences who seek trusted weather news and voices. A cross-divisional initiative built upon FOX's expansive resources and trusted meteorologists, FOX Weather will provide audiences with engaging, enriched, customized weather content and information on all platforms.

As the Executive Producer, Weather Presentation, you will play a key role in driving accurate, informative, and compelling weather coverage across platforms. You will lead strategy around consistent weather presentation, meteorological guidance across dayparts, and work closely with the linear stream production team and digital content team to ensure the FOX Weather audience is continually provided the most accurate, informative, and impactful weather content.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Head of Programming & Executive Producers to develop a comprehensive, compelling, and consistent weather display strategy across all platforms, from ideation to presentation
• Manage a team of Weather Producers / Meteorologists across dayparts, who are responsible for all meteorological graphics content and key stakeholders in weather storytelling
• Use meteorological expertise to identify top stories and concepts, ensuring FOX Weather content is visually appealing, cutting-edge, and easy to understand
• Manage relationships with weather display systems
• Manage all weather systems, including training staff and implementation and usage of new system features
• Work closely with Graphics and Engineering teams to ensure display continuity and content showcasing
• Partner with business leaders to support business development strategies
• Work with partners to develop and launch innovative weather display and coverage tools

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• AMS certification
• Thorough understanding of meteorology and weather display systems
• Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to create a collaborative environment that fosters team work
• Enthusiasm for new products and platforms, and the creative energy to ignite great ideas
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work under intense deadline pressure
• Experience with talent management
