CMS Product Operation Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
The CMS Product Operations Manager will be a key role to lead the product operation function in between teams. You will have a deep understanding of the inner workings of tools that the editorial team is using day to day and will work on improving them and prioritizing improvements with centralized teams at FOX.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and drive the Roadmap for CMS and tools for the editorial team
• Partner with leadership in editorial, digital, and CPE to plan best practice for the CMS and tools
• Get a deep understanding of the steps it takes to complete an editorial task inside the CMS and other tools
• Map the steps and work on improving them with more automation and fewer complications
• Be the editorial advocate in front of the centralized development team
• Build a list of must-haves for the direct and specific improvements on the CMS and tools
• Build new modules for day-to-day support for the editorial team: FAQ
• Build a solid support model for the 200 editors on the CMS
• Build better ongoing training modules for the editorial team
• Leverage data to understand and communicate improvements needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 5+ years of experience in operation/business analysis management
• At least 3 years of experience in CMS management
• Experience working with Agile - requirement definition, ticket creation, sprint management and other rituals
• An analytical product manager, but keen on developing human-centered experiences and have strong product instincts
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead
• Ability to communicate well, in both small and large groups
• Comfortable with giving and receiving candid feedback
