JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Manager, Entertainment Partnerships & Ad Sales Strategy will support the FOX Entertainment Ad Sales team on the development, sell-through, and execution of entertainment partnerships. In addition, the Associate Manager, Entertainment Partnerships and Strategy will oversee client engagement, such as premiums and events. The Associate Manager, Entertainment Partnerships and Strategy will also work closely with the Entertainment Partnership Directors, supporting them across partnership touchpoints inclusive of execution, sizzles, case studies, trade site updates, budget tracking, and more.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate across various internal teams (sales, marketing, branded content, and research) to support the sell-through and execution of branded partnerships, the creation of presentations, sizzles, one-sheets, email blasts, trade website, etc.
• Manage client database for the Entertainment Sales team across both large and small scale events
• Assist in the management of premium procurement, inventory, and fulfillment
• Work with Directors/VPs/SVPs and peers in creating, developing, and managing an organized library of cloud-based sales materials for all properties and programs including collecting and updating new key art/show graphics and show descriptions
• Support the activation and execution of client engagements including client events and mailers
• Maintaining and tracking the production status of Entertainment programming
• Curate content and provide the latest materials/assets to update the FOX Portfolio Trade website
• Support the development of post-sale collateral i.e., campaign case studies and wrap-up reports that highlight program results
• Screen competitive linear/digital/social brand partnership activations and compile reports on the partnerships for internal review
• Additional responsibilities as needed, including budget tracking & invoicing

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience at an agency, media company, sales organization where the individual was responsible for supporting the team in presentation, creative and promotion development
• Excellent oral, written, proofreading, and presentation skills for internal and external communication; excellent comprehension and ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with internal & external clients and vendors; team player
• Professional demeanor to interface with multiple high level, key constituencies; ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships
• Thorough knowledge and proven experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.) including PowerPoint design skills
• Must be willing to work in New York City, NY
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in media, events, and project management and an interest in Entertainment content
• Understanding of media ad sales process and marketing strategy, media buying and planning functions
