JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Entertainment is re-entering the international distribution business. FOX Entertainment Global is responsible for overseeing the global, multi-platform sales and distribution of intellectual property, owned and produced by FOX Entertainment and its growing portfolio of business units including Fox Alternative Entertainment, MarVista Entertainment, Fox Entertainment Studios, TMZ, Tubi, Bentobox and Studio Ramsay Global as well as, premium content acquired from outside producers.

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a motivated, driven, and highly creative Coordinator, Graphic Design to support the distribution, marketing, communications, and corporate teams with creative print/digital design initiatives. This role will report to the VP, Marketing with day-to-day supervision from the Manager. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in advertising, digital, event or content space and must be able to work effectively as part of a team, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude and thrive in ambiguity.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creative asset creation and production for marketing, communication, corporate and event initiatives
• Concept ideas for Key Art, outdoor and digital projects
• Build out final comps as directed by Creative Design Lead
• Assist Creative Design Lead to ensure that the project is completed at the standard of excellence required
• Collaborate with Creative Design Lead and Physical Production team on coordinating still and gallery shoots
• Resize key art for posters, website, sales catalog, print/digital ads, social media, etc.
• Designs comps, concept sketches, social media assets & presentation decks under direction of the project's creative lead.
• Performs photo retouching and enhancements as necessary.
• Assist with the photo approval process, i.e., upload and organize gallery & still photography and manage talent approvals
• Handle photo selects for all titles, for marketing, content operations/deliverables and design needs
• Assist with organizing the electronic filing system so all creative materials (key art, photos, etc.) are properly labeled and easy to find
• Adapt key art into VOD platform art according to vendor specifications
• Manages and prioritizes work effectively, ensuring that internal deadlines, timetables, and approval procedures are met
• Attend press checks when needed

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Advertising or Graphic Design, Preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience (or a portfolio that reflects equivalent experience)
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign
• Must have strong concept ability
• Must possess confidence, and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team
• Strong work ethic, dedication to quality and ability to deliver on a deadline
• Needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet unpredictable deadlines
• Adaptable, able to take constructive criticism well
• Strong knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take on additional responsibility and growth as the company expands
• Well-organized, self-directed team player
• Careful attention to detail

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $23.50-26.44 per hour for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
