FOX Entertainment is looking for an Assistant, Marketing Strategy to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Assistant, Marketing Strategy, you will assist the Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Media. You will support the Marketing Strategy team, Strategic Promo Planning team, National Media team, and Affiliate Marketing team.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule meetings
• Answer phones
• Manage travel and expenses
• Work on projects related to Marketing Strategy
• Attend team meetings, learn how to develop marketing strategies, and compile and create marketing memos and materials necessary for internal communication of campaign strategies across all departments within the organization
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• At least 1 year of administrative experience within media is ideal, or relevant internship experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple personalities
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle a complicated schedule/calendar
• Proactive
