Integrated Sales Coordinator

Job Description

FOX 5 San Diego, a member of Nexstar Media Group is a thriving multi-screen media company in America's Finest City. We are looking for a rising television & digital star to fill our Integrated Sales Coordinator position. This position needs someone who loves working in a creative environment with many different salespeople managing multiple campaigns with a variety of television & digital solutions. The right candidate will be energetic with an eye for detail and a team player. A typical day includes submitting new television & digital orders, checking status of existing orders, and optimizing campaigns. Other responsibilities include designing and deploying Facebook campaigns, contests, and E-Blasts. Applicants should also be familiar with Google Analytics and Business Manager in Facebook.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Looking for someone with problem solving skills, a great attitude, an ability to get along with all types of personalities, strong focus, drive to learn on the job and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing television & digital environment
• Must be passionate for the television & digital space and highly engaged with emerging television, digital and social platforms
• Strong organizational skills to develop and prioritize multiple projects at various stages of development
• Create, organize, and maintain documentation including campaign performance reports, interactive sales orders, content, and creative elements
• Collaborate with News and Creative Services team members, Sales Management, Account Executives, and clients to support and enhance television & digital marketing and branding efforts
• Able to manage and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
• Knowledge of Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and experience with Sponsored Posts
• Experience with Photoshop or Word press

Qualifications:

Education Requirements & Certifications

4-Year College Degree and any Television & Digital Marketing background preferred

IAB or Google Certifications a plus
