The Production Manager is accountable for all aspects of financing, planning, coordinating, executing, and wrapping productions. This role is the conduit connecting all departments involved from pre-production and filming to post-production, and budget reports. This position initiates pre-production meetings with producers to identify timeline, post-production workflow, special requests, and identify potential production issues. They are the main point of contact for all logistical questions and concerns for producers, production artists, food stylists, and Post team members regarding any active or completed project.

Additional duties include:

  • Work with VP, Operations, and Production to establish a budget threshold and uphold them
  • Track and upload receipts to active project budgets and appropriate softwares, ie: Expensify
  • Coordinate material runs – via online orders or physical pickups (groceries, materials, props)
  • Maintain and update the active Google content calendar
  • Work in collaboration with Producers to prepare shooting schedules
  • Organization of all documents pertaining to projects and their timelines (pitch decks, shooting schedules, shot lists, etc) via Monday.com
  • Track progress of Producers/Editors to provide assistance if needed and ensure timelines are met
  • Coordinate between Production and Post team to ensure seamless hand-off of media
  • SUpport Post AE in seamless hand-off of final deliverables to LA office team
  • Actualize budgets of wrapped projects
  • Create and organize Wrap Binders for all projects

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Expensify, Nikabot, and Monday.com
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Accounting and budgeting competency
  • Interpersonal/people skills
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • Fluency in English is a plus
