Our Nashville office - the southeastern hub for FINN Partners – seeks a Senior Account Executive to join the award winning corporate/consumer public relations team. Preference is for candidates in the Nashville metro area. We will also consider applicants who reside in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area, seeking a hybrid work schedule of work from home, with in office time at our Florida location.

As a Senior Account Executive in our Nashville office, you will lead and support client accounts and oversee and execute daily account activities. This role can be performed 100% in-office, or a hybrid of in-office and work-from-home, but eligible candidates should reside in the greater Nashville area. Candidates who reside in the greater Ft. Lauderdale FL area may also be considered.

At FINN you'll have the opportunity to:
• Develop and execute client marketing plans and play an integral role in client meetings.
• Develop and finalize drafts of internal and external documents such as pitches, news releases, social media content, talking points, bios, newsletters and creative briefs.
• Manage pitching teams - developing and distributing pitches and fielding media requests.
• Contribute to the development and execution of social media campaigns.
• Develop relationships with external audiences (media, third party constituencies, etc.) to convey the client's message.
• Help develop and present new business pitches.

You will also be asked to:
• Organize and implement client events and promotions
• Represent clients at events or trade shows.
• Help with account administration responsibilities like billing, activity/status reports and metric/measurement reporting.
• Manage billable hours to meet client budgets.

You're a strong candidate if you have:
• 3 years of prior public relations work experience
• Strong media relations skills and experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task across clients and industries
• An entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
• A degree in public relations, communications or related field
