Job Description
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant Account Executive to join our growing Travel Trade Representation team. Our travel, tourism, and hospitality experience ranges from promoting countries to launching new airlines, from building the reputations of cruise lines to raising the profile of global hospitality and tour operator brands.

What will be your responsibilities?
• Provide support to multiple account teams and efficiently assist with the administration for multiple accounts simultaneously
• Play an active role in supporting the account team with the preparation to deliver trade-related assignments – these will include travel agent and tour operator research, learning about travel trade agencies, special events and training event management, writing/editing, client research and account administration procedures
• Actively distribute client news through newsletter production, research, tracking and reporting
• Monitor traditional and social media outlets for coverage of client news and competitor developments
• Exhibit excellent written communication skills with great attention to detail
• Client events - research venues, manage invitations, and support in the delivery of events on behalf of the client
• Write, proof, and edit client-related documents for trade updates, and produce meeting notes and reports
• Support the team through social networking events, campaigns and actively participate in activities as led by the client marketing plans
• Participate in research for new business pitches
• Support and report to the account manager on all aspects of deliverables

What do you need to succeed?

• Passion, creativity, and enthusiasm throughout each agency project and client interaction
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent written skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• A degree with transferable attributes to marketing and promotional activities
• A desire to progress in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the scope of growth within a travel, tourism, and leisure industry
