The Director of Internal Communications will spearhead internal communications from our Executive, Marketing and HR teams to update employees on company and culture initiatives. S/he will build and implement internal communication strategies and long-term marketing campaigns that are designed to inform and engage employees and nurture company culture, especially in the context of remote work. An integral part of our Global Marketing Team, the Director of Internal Communications is a key driver of our ''ONE FINN'' philosophy, driving unity and company spirit across our global offices and teams, and helping people feel valued and connected – to the agency and each other – as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic development and execution of all global internal communications programs with an aim to build internal understanding of our business strategy, culture and values.
• Drive company-wide employee communications for 1,300+ employees in 33 global offices (and growing), across existing and future communication channels.
• Create organizational structure for internal comms, including optimizing technologies and tools (such as Intranet, Slack, email, and more) to forge meaningful connections across our growing workforce.
• Responsible for editorial planning, content planning and content governance.
• Establish a regular cadence and format for employee-focused content, as well as gathering feedback and introducing new initiatives to drive retention and loyalty.
• Work closely with Executives, External Marketing & HR to publish timely company information, such as news, programs, internal campaigns, memos and company directives.
• Must be able to simultaneously manage, coordinate, and execute a number of internal communications projects while adhering to timelines and budget parameters.
• Maintain a detailed database of internal assets and create a maintenance process to ensure all assets stay up-to-date.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and oral communications skill; preferably a communications/public relations background
• Superior collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface with executives at all levels of the company
• Team player who can lead by example, with high accountability for his/her actions
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking; able to be hands-on as well as strategic
• Creative problem-solver and change agent with a proactive mindset
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to follow-through on tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 6-8 years relevant work experience in a marketing communications field, ideally in an internal communications/employee engagement capacity. Agency experience is a plus.
