Job Description
Experienced, detail-oriented Account Manager needed for the investor relations practice of FINN Partners. This is a great growth opportunity to join a collaborative team with an entrepreneurial spirit that drives us every day to deliver value to our clients. The Account Manager will assist partners and vice presidents in managing client investor relations (IR) programs designed to help public and private companies in various industries successfully communicate with investors, media and other key constituents. Knowledge of overall investor/public relations communications and financial markets is a plus. A basic understanding of corporate financial statements, as well as familiarity with investor tools/databases, is preferred.

Strong preference is for candidates in the Nashville metro area. However, we may consider remote candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.

Responsibilities
• Drafting and editing news releases; issuing news releases over wire services
• Coordinating and assisting with logistics for quarterly earnings conference calls and webcasts
• Oversight and management of client investor relations websites
• Assisting clients with logistics of annual reports, annual meetings, analyst/investor days, and other investor events
• Helping develop/update PowerPoint investor presentations
• Providing research and database analysis as needed for clients

Requirements:
• Three to five years relevant work experience
• Energetic team player with ability to work flexible schedule, as needed
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional interpersonal skills with focus on client service
• Ability to work with C-level executives, senior management, and internal/external legal counsel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• College degree or relevant experience #LI-AB1
