We seek qualified applicants in the metropolitan Nashville area who are able to work in-office at least 3 days a week in our luxury office building in The Gulch neighborhood in downtown Nashville, TN, and work 2 days from home.

As a FINN Account Director in the Integrated Marketing team, you will be the client's primary contact and will direct your internal marketing team in all aspects related to assigned client relationships. You will handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, keeping a close eye on both the macro and micro view of your accounts. You will act as a leader and mentor for other junior account team members and will be accountable for their day-to-day work assignments as well as supporting their career growth plans at FINN. You will set a vision for how each assigned account should run successfully and your success will be measured on your ability to proactively develop and deploy the processes, resources and tools needed to reach a successful outcome.

Responsibilities:
• Be the main advisor to an assigned portfolio of marketing client accounts, finding opportunities to grow existing business and seizing opportunities to enhance client relationships, including in-person interactions.
• Coordinate and support direction of marketing new business pitches
• Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in meetings with all service areas, from creative to public relations
• Keep client marketing programs moving and productive, by overseeing ongoing project details and ensuring quality control of creative work and content
• Be the internal point of contact for marketing project details
• Track and maintain project budgets, manage account billing and client expectations related to budgets, schedules and project scope
• Develop opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell FINN's integrated marketing services within existing accounts.

Qualifications:
• Have 8+ years of relevant marketing professional experience (with 3-5 years agency experience in an account leadership role)
• Have 3 years of experience managing integrated marketing teams (and managing employees who dotted line report to you)
• Possess a deep understanding of marketing and an omni-channel approach to strategy development and execution
• Have a deep understanding of Integrated Marketing product and service offerings and an ability to oversee teams, strategy and execution
• Are an empathetic leader with a player-coach mentality in supporting internal teams and junior staff members
• Are creative, diplomatic and cool under pressure with excellent communication, management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Are an excellent public speaker
• Are a solutions-oriented problem solver and strategic thinker
• Are energized by the responsibility for leading multiple complex projects
• Are experienced in G Suite, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat experience a plus)
• Have a bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in financial services and health care industry marketing is highly desired
