FINN PARTNERS, one of the fastest growing integrated marketing firms in the world currently has an opening for an Account Coordinator- Integrated Marketing, reporting to our Nashville office. As the Account Coordinator, you prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, conference reports, and proposals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the agency's structure, culture, departments, and key capabilities
• Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of each assigned client's industry, their products/services and their strategic communication goals and plans
• Proactively communicate with assigned clients on a daily basis - Zoom, Teams, email, phone, etc. - in a professional, efficient manner.
• Continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship.
• Understand agency billing requirements and support client budgeting, estimating and billing needs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented and shows initiative
• Strong work ethic (Works Hard. Plays Nice.)
• High competency level on computer and software skills required for job responsibilities
• Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business
