Account Coordinator

Job Description

Agency Ten22, a Finn Partners Company, is seeking a full-time account coordinator to join our team of healthcare public relations and marketing experts.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Senior Partner and account managers to support a variety of public relations, media relations, analyst relations, thought leadership, content, and marketing activities on behalf of the Agency and its clients. The role integrates elements of public relations, communications, and technology to ensure our clients' deliverables are met and earned media investment is fully maximized to reach key target audiences.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assist in writing and distributing pitch letters, news releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, bios, newsletters, and other communications material.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparation of meeting agendas, drafting of meeting notes/reports, updating trackers, and scheduling media/internal interviews with Clients, SME, KOLs, client customers, analysts, etc.
• Assist with routine media inquiries.
• Assist with routine client relations activities.
• Handle basic research of client's business and industry to maintain a current knowledge base.
• Under guidance of supervisor, may coordinate specific events and promotions for the client.
• Under guidance of supervisor, may review editorial schedules, media calendars and analyst websites to identify potential opportunities for clients.
• Assist in account administration duties such as activity reports and media placements.
