Working Hours: Full time, permanent. You will also be required to work on site at festivals during festival season.
Role Description
We're looking for an exceptional Marketing and Campaign Manager to deliver flawless campaigns for Latitude Festival. This is a senior marketing role that requires an experienced, creative, energetic and self-motivated individual that has a strong campaign marketing background, has enthusiasm for music events and festivals and would like to work within a busy events company.
You will be working as part of a wider Marketing Team and will line manage two to three members of the team: A Social Media Manager/Content Producer and a Digital Assistant/Intern at seasonal points across the year. As we near the festival, this team may grow. You will work alongside an Operational Marketing Manager on key moments within the campaign such as ticket launches, plus large-scale media partnerships and brand partnership executions. You will also work closely together with our inhouse Press Manager to produce and execute a best-in-class communication plan for your festival. Alongside this, you will be responsible for managing the marketing elements of the brand partnerships brought to the festival via the Live Nation partnerships team and ensuring all campaign content is executed to a high level and in a style that fits the festival brand.
This role also plays a key part in the onsite execution of the festival, as you will be responsible for managing the marketing team, briefing and overseeing all video and photo content, the festival App and communicating customer feedback via social media.
You will be surrounded and supported by smart, creative people and you'll be motivated to refuse to accept that something cannot be done. A 'where there is a will there is way' attitude is essential!
