Working Hours: 40 hours with flexibility for additional hours in the evening and weekends, as and when required

Contract Type: Fixed term contract, initial expected duration, 12 months

Role Description

Festival Republic is the UK's largest festival and event promoter. The team organises festivals including Reading and Leeds, Isle of Wight, Latitude, Download, Wireless, Electric Picnic, Lollapalooza Berlin and Wilderness.

As a Finance and Administration Assistant for Festival Republic, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable, Banking and Operations teams to ensure transactions are processed accurately.

• Experience of working in a finance department
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong numeracy skills
• Strong Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
• Great attention to detail, presentation and passionate about getting it right first time
• Confident in your communication skills with good commercial awareness

What the role includes
• Purchase invoice authorisation
• Ensure timely payment of purchase invoices
• Artist payments, including contract reviews
• Raise sales invoices
• Credit Control
• Cash book requests
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Processing accurate expenses for production and licensing colleagues
• Assist with the accurate management of festival P&Ls
