Responsibilities

​​​​​​​Fandango is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Manager of Product to join our Fandango Commerce team.
Our Commerce team manages the checkout experience across multiple platforms for Fandango's suite of e-commerce sites. As Sr. Product Manager, you will define and deliver innovative systems and services products, collaborate with various stakeholders, both business and technical, and define product requirements to build and maintain a best in class commerce experience for the Fandango audience. • Define, develop and clearly articulate holistic requirements for multiple commerce systems and services, prioritizing backlog according to documented product strategy and business goals
• Drive both technical and non-technical stakeholder, peer and leadership alignment around vision, principles, backlog
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PMO, Quality Assurance, Business Intelligence, Finance/Accounting, Exhibitor Relations, Customer Service, Fraud, Ad Sales, Business Development and Product leads to identify problems and opportunities and prioritize accordingly
• Identify customer needs, tech trends and market opportunities and deliver actionable solutions
• Define and clearly articulate KPIs, Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics to inform the success of products, align them to needs of the business and set metrics for your team
• Guide projects from inception to launch and iterate
• Define hypotheses and continously conduct experimentation to move the product forward and improve KPIs
• Contribute to and execute on roadmap items that drive user and business value
• Ensure delivery of features for your team that meet or exceed expectations
• Develop, coach and mentor direct reports

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5+ years of Product experience, preferably in a technical product role
• 2+ years experience in digital commerce
• Minimum 1 year of team management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Computer Science or Engineering a plus

Desired Characteristics
• Experience with payment processing, credit cards and alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and more
• Relevant experience with server-side services, APIs, and solutions a plus
• Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle
• Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, adapting communication style to audience
• The ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a positive and professional tone across departments, SCRUM and JIRA experience a plus
• Expertise in juggling multiple tasks, re-prioritizing where needed
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve the product based on research data and industry trends
• Attention to detail is essential
• Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion
• Familiarity with test driven and behavioral driven development practices
• Passion for entertainment, a plus
