Responsibilities
Fandango seeks a talented, and passionate Senior Manager for the Finance department to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will have a finance, accounting, corporate development, or consulting background and has the ability to synthesize and communicate data into insights, and juggle multiple assignments in a quick and constantly changing environment. This person will be extremely detail oriented, drive efficiencies, work in a high growth company, and have the ability to develop executive level analysis and reporting. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work closely with the senior team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage FP&A and Consolidations process across all Fandango properties including Fandango, Vudu, and Rotten Tomatoes, for Budgets, Forecasts, and Long Range Planning
• Prepare executive and board level presentations to the Fandango leadership, NBCUniversal Direct-To-Consumer Finance, and Warner Media Finance teams
• Manage Reporting and Planning databases to streamline and improve forecasting processes, maintain data integrity
• Partner with Controllership in monthly and quarterly closes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance
• Manage Ticketing, Gift Cards, Ancillary Revenue, Marketing, and other G&A budgets and provide ongoing support to operational teams to understand product line performance, manage budgets, and evaluate investments and new opportunities
• Lead global finance innovation and standardization efforts across Fandango and support NBCUniversal Television & Streaming and Direct-To-Consumer groups in company-wide finance initiatives
• Refine and report on business KPIs; develop and utilize data-driven analytics to generate value-added insights and actionable recommendations to identify areas of business risk and opportunity as well as drive growth and organizational goals
• Perform various ad-hoc analyses including variance analysis, sensitivities, and other requests from senior management

• Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
• Develop open communication and productive work relationships with senior leadership, operations leads, and the broader finance team

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience with experience in financial systems and data management, creation of financial models, and preparation of executive presentations
• Strong financial and analytical skills including ability to create complex financial models and efficiently communicate results
• Must be comfortable working in an environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, management of deadlines and ability to multitask

• Demonstrated passion and skills for staff development
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required, experience with Hyperion Essbase, SAP, Tableau, and Looker a plus
