Responsibilities
Fandango is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Fandango Commerce team.
Our Commerce team manages the checkout experience across multiple platforms for Fandango's suite of e-commerce sites. As Product Manager, you will devise, define and deliver innovative systems and services, collaborate with various stakeholders, both business and technical, and define product requirements to build and maintain a best in class commerce experience for the Fandango audience. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Gather and define product requirements and prioritize backlog according to data analytics, the voice of the customer, and business goals
• Continually define KPIs, implement features, conduct rigorous experimentation and analyze metrics to inform the success of products
• Drive a roadmap of impact-driving initiatives that prioritize customer value, business growth, and strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PMO, UX/Design, Marketing, Ad Sales, Business Development and 3rd party partners

Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in business, communications, or another related field
2+ years of product development/management experience in the design, development, and launch of successful e-commerce sites, across desktop, mobile web, and apps
Expertise in rapid deployment and experimentation-metrics, analytics, A/B testing, user testing, and market research
Experience with promotions, gift cards, payment processing, credit cards, and alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Play, and more a plus
Goal-oriented, able to not only conceptualize products but also manage and optimize them throughout their lifecycle

Desired Characteristics

A desire to influence product and business teams with clear recommendations and strategies based on quantitative and qualitative data
Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to work well across departments and in a team environment, SCRUM experience a plus
Familiarity with common project management tools such as Jira as well as testing tools such as Adobe Target
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve the product based on research data and industry trends
Willingness to roll up sleeves and ''do whatever it takes''
Feel at home in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment
