Sr Localization Manager (PH)

The Senior Localization Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of artwork & metadata servicing pipeline for Disney+. This person will be responsible for scheduling and delivering a multitude of assets for international distribution. Liaising with international markets they will incorporate territory specific deliverables. The candidate will oversee the management of vendors, territory offices & internal clients by conducting meetings and monitoring the workflow process. This job holder will meet negotiated milestone dates by proactively identifying any potential issues that may arise. The candidate will also be responsible for the development of statistical metrics which will enable Senior Management to analyze and act on identified information. In addition, a strong focus will be placed on proactively identifying, analyzing, and improving on existing business processes.

This is a Project Staff opportunity which includes benefits, however, it will not exceed 30 months.

Responsibilities:
• Operational execution of a Disney+ artwork and metadata servicing pipeline.
• Leads communication with stakeholders to report on artwork and metadata fulfillment and overall pipeline health
• Implement reporting systems, and present information to Director
• Take ownership of assigned production slate by providing solutions to workflow issues
• Establishes KPIs and metrics to gauge artwork and metadata fulfillment efficiency and inform delivery pipeline improvements
• Maintains and actions artwork and metadata delivery plan supporting launch, remediation, and sustainment efforts
• Owns workstream through project management, execution, asset prep, ordering and remediation
• Presents data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to enhance the artwork and metadata fulfillment process and pipeline
• Communicate potential risks for meeting expected results and proposing solutions to mitigate them
• Manages relationships and expectations with 3rd party vendor partners
• Ensure thorough, accurate, and timely completion of assignments
• Drive meeting agendas and develop delivery plans for vendors & internal groups
• Proactively seek out operational key stakeholders to establish open lines of communication
• Manage incoming orders from internal partners with a strict adherence to delivery dates
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis on production issues
• Prepare and communicate production status to various stakeholders
• Identify and drive the coordination to bring the right people together to address issues
• Oversee all logistics relating to the communication with clients and territory contacts Timely updates to statistical metrics
• Respond to constructive feedback and process improvement ideas
• Ad hoc projects on request independent of day-to-day Management
• Document workflows and key remediation processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Business Process Improvement experience
• 5 years of working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management for web-based applications preferred
• Certified Project Manager preferred
• Smartsheet experience a plus

Required Education
• High school Diploma or GED

Preferred Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
