Job Description
This position will work on the day-to-day of the talent office working with stakeholders around the world. Be part of a dynamic team, work with all the public facing talent, use your problem solving skills, and outside the box thinking to execute great results.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with production and scheduling team for weekly talent usages. Strong collaboration with production teams around the world.
• Coordinate talent needs such as Photo shoots, Talent hair and makeup services, appearances, and travel coordination.
• Coordinate feedback sessions; participate in gathering materials and information in collaboration with production.
• Serve as a liaison between Talent and various company stakeholders to address needs and serve as a resource for questions or concerns.
• Create and maintain shared collaborative Talent Office documents for talent planning.
• Foster relationships with Talent population to provide a positive company experience.
• Maintain data-focused Talent database(s) to make informed decisions on utilization of Talent.
• Deliver best-in-class service, when it comes to partners around the company, and talent.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of sports broadcasting industry experience
• Minimum of 2 years of (public facing) Talent Office or Talent relations experience
• High level of trust and confidentiality to work with sensitive information
• Strong Problem solving and high attention to detail
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Teamwork and positive collaboration
• Willing to work weekends and travel
• Bilingual or multilingual (English, Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Highly organized, strong with Teams, Excel and Smart sheets
• Previous experience working with Talent
• Demonstrated experience in sports broadcasting

Required Education
• High School degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
