ESPN Creative Studio is looking for a meticulously organized individual to help build and manage the day-to-day strategy of our social premium integration business. Reporting to the Director, Ad Integration & Strategy, each day you'll be challenged to blend creativity, platform expertise, sports knowledge, and audience insights to drive the development of industry-leading social integrated and branded content for our partners.

ESPN is seeking a Manager, Social Ad Integration & Strategy who will function across ESPN Creative Studio (ESPN's Creative Agency), multiple groups within Disney Ad Sales, and the ESPN Social Editorial team to ensure an always-on partnership focused on the strategic development and distribution of engaging branded & integrated social content.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading the day-to-day strategic development and deployment of ESPN's social premium integration portfolio, including Branded Content, Talent Influencer content, and highly-custom integrations in Digital Live Shows and Snap.
• Develop sophisticated and nuanced custom social strategies for individual ad partners, that deliver on the brand's KPIs and maximize Social Ad revenue for ESPN/DAS.
• Identify and grow new revenue streams across Digital & Social.
• Balance multiple complex projects, while maintaining strong communication & teamwork among multiple stakeholders across ESPN and DAS.
• Attend and participate in all necessary ESPN Creative Studio meetings, including campaign brainstorms and kick-offs with external creative partners.
• Coordinates the vision, creativity and working knowledge of ESPN CW and Disney Ad Sales to help identify new ways to meet the goals of both teams.
• Responsible for ensuring clear communication and process for development of assets in the social premium integration portfolio. Identifies gaps processes and implements solutions.
• Output subject to oversight by supervisors and peers to ensure audience interest, accuracy, and adherence to established editorial procedures and legal requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
• Commanding knowledge of social media trends
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications OR related field OR a high school diploma and a suitable combination of related training and experience.
• 4+ years' experience in social media, social marketing, or a closely related field
• Elite knowledge of the sports landscape, including current athletes, rules, and events
• Sound editorial judgment, writing and editing skills
• Ability to react quickly and positively under pressure
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Appreciation for and understanding of pop culture
• Familiarity with ESPN's content across multiple platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in marketing, journalism, communications
• Preferred at least 5 years of work in Social-focused production, sales or project management.
• Experience tracking and reporting for paid Social campaigns
• Elite understanding of paid social across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, including ad products, emerging offerings and platform-specific functionalities.
• Experience building presentations, both pitches and recaps, for leadership and client presentations
Required Education

Preferred Education
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, broadcasting, communications or closely related field.
