Job Description
The role of an ESPN Audio Account Service Representative (ASR) is multi-faceted and ever changing to suit the needs of all the Account Executives and Account Service Executives across the country. However, the objective of the ASR will always remain the same: To provide support for the ESPN Audio ad sales staff which will allow the sales staff to more frequently get out of the office and into their territories to meet with clients and agencies.

Responsibilities:
• As needed, the ASR will act as an external liaison between the sales team and clients/agencies to provide pertinent media schedule information, research, air checks, posts, and fulfill other various campaign needs.
• The ASR will act as an internal liaison between sales team and sales planning to maintain media schedules, process holds/orders, request bonus units, communicate deal points, run posts, etc.
• The ASR will act as an internal liaison between our ad sales team and other ESPN divisions to communicate and ensure that our clients' deal point requirements are met.
• Main point of contact internally for pulling video and audio airchecks for clients and agencies and sending to appropriate contacts.
• Work with Disney Finance team to request new advertisers/agencies be approved and set up for billing.
• Help with digital audio projects including summarizing information for ad sales team, reconciling billing issues and invoices, etc.
• Assist AEs and Sales Managers with management of ticket requests for various live sporting events and help manage distribution of tickets to clients.
• The ASR will work closely with the Audio team Account Service Executives on various projects to help the network Audio division grow ad sales revenue opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience, 2+ preferred
• Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
• Must be able to multi-task and organize in a fast paced environment
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree
