Revenue Development Manager (ESPN+)

Disney Streaming encompasses the teams leading the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+ streaming
services within Disney's Media & Entertainment Distribution group. We sit at the intersection
between entertainment, sports, and technology and seek to connect viewers with the stories they
love, while driving the streaming industry forward with consumer-first innovation.

The ESPN+ Revenue Development Manager will support the ESPN+ team in a variety of
business planning activities designed to optimize ESPN+. The Manager will be a key partner
to groups across Disney Streaming and ESPN and will be expected to contribute strategic
insights into projects across the organization.

The ESPN+ Revenue Development Manager will drive critical business insights on a weekly
and monthly basis. In addition, the Manager will help to optimize the conversion funnel for
ESPN+ across the ESPN Digital ecosystem.

Additionally, this position will support ongoing business reviews and ad hoc strategic projects
across the ESPN+ portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with finance, programming, marketing, data/analytics, product, and other teams as needed to support ESPN+ leadership in key decision making
• Create weekly and monthly ESPN+ performance summaries that highlight key strategic insights and opportunities
• Optimize conversion of ESPN+ subscribers from ESPN Digital products, partnering closely with Audience Engagement, Marketing, and Product teams

Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years experience in Sports Media business
• 4+ years experience in Subscription business economics
• 4+ years Financial Modeling experience
• Professional experience with presentation software and tools (Keynote, Powerpoint, Canva, Prezi, Visme)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar position
• Strong strategic thinker
• Excellent communicator
• Outstanding presentation creation skills
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
