What You'll Do

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of HR will be an integral member of the HR Leadership team, helping to define Epic's people strategy, culture, and values as the company grows. This person will be responsible for leading a talented team of HR Business Partners globally to support our business leads in all manners of organizational planning, people planning, employee escalations, coaching, and team performance.

In This Role You Will
• Partner with Head of Employee Engagement and DEI, Sr. Director, Recruiting, Rewards, and Strategy and the Directors of Recruiting to lead the implementation of holistic people plan (e.g., talent management, leadership effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, culture)
• Manage employee relations and performance related discussions, assessing data, interpreting information and presenting insights and recommendations as a trusted partner
• Educate, advise and influence business leaders on organizational design, organizational development, competency models, talent assessment and succession planning, employee engagement and retention, performance criteria and measurement, talent reviews and change management
• Drive development on people plan, Identifying gaps in current people plan, people programs, and tools to develop critical skills and maintain productivity
• Lead a global team of HRBPs, providing overall guidance on HR partnership and advisory practices while fostering development opportunities for individual growth and advancement
• Oversee and support change management initiatives as well as acquisition integration as needed
• Support onboarding framework for new hires to ensure productivity and strong employee experience, leading onboarding process for new hire

• Extensive knowledge of talent management, org design, change management, and global business practices to help the organization deliver results
• Successful track record leading complex projects involving multiple teams through consensus building, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, ambiguous environment with quick deadlines
• Capable of maintaining composure under intense pressure. Your leadership style is collaborative, transparent, and candid
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication style and skilled at developing impactful communications strategy and execution
• Strong critical thinking skills and experience applying various methodologies or practices to address business issues, Human Resources needs, employee engagement, and assess processes
• Comfort in collaborating with senior management and executive leadership
• Flexibility for occasional business travel required
