Epic's publishing teams build and execute world class campaigns for our games that are tuned specifically to the unique needs and aspirations of our international player base.
What You'll Do
We are looking for a Marketing Lead for SE Asia and India to be part of our growing International Publishing team based in Singapore. In this role you will be at the forefront of building out and executing best in class go to market launches for our top IP of Fortnite, Rocket League and Fall Guys. These are some of the most exciting markets in the world and we are looking to build out a robust multi year strategy with key partners across the region to grow our existing communities. Epic is an incredibly fast moving and innovative company at the forefront of the latest evolutions in gaming and in this role you will be in a unique position working with some of the most creative game makers and brands in the world. We are looking for people with strong regional experience, exceptional communication abilities, strong analytical skills and who are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects.
In this role, you will
• Collaborate closely with our international publishing teams in Latam, EMEA and APAC in supporting our publishing operations
• Partner closely with our Studio Leadership teams in supporting publishing operations for Fortnite, Rocket League and Fall Guys
• Develop, plan and lead SE Asia and India marketing strategy for Fortnite, Rocket League and Fall Guys.
• Source and manage network of regional partners
• Design and actively manage KPIs of the projects to track return on investment and internalize any new learnings
• Manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget and ensure KPI goals are met or exceeded.
• Assist with the budget management and optimization for our international marketing and operations
• Consolidate and evangelize the most impactful trends in gaming across our diverse markets
• Undertake project management for some of our key growth initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Epic and with key external partners.
What we're looking for
• Passion for video games and an excellent understanding emergent gaming trends
• Strong regional experience managing game publishing / marketing across SE Asia and/or India.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial working style
• Strong strategic skills with experience in working as part of a diverse and distributed team
• Possess a deep understanding of the f2p PC/Mobile game metrics, ecosystem and industry trends.
• Great at tracking KPIs across multiple markets and have strong experience in building out process
• Superior influential communication skills, coupled with the ability to develop deep, trust-based relationships
• Passion for figuring out how game markets work and change operate and evolve
