Identity & Access Management Manager

What you'll do

We're looking for an Identity and Access Management leader who will spearhead efforts to improve the security of our application portfolio and efficiency of access management.

In this role, you will
• Define the strategy for our identity management platforms.
• Consult with other teams to develop role-based access control models.
• Drive improvements in the automation of role assignments.
• Develop capabilities to allow for efficient auditing of access.
• Develop capabilities to detect anomalies in application access.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will have:
• Proven IAM leadership experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience with managing security for large, complex application catalogs.
• Extensive experience with IDP (e.g. Okta) and Directory Services (e.g. Active Directory)
• User-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do.
• Experience with compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001) a plus
• Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach
• Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight
