What You'll Do

In this role, you will
• Manage the execution workflow for multiple partnership campaign executions from concept to launch as the key Epic partnership operations liaison across Anime, Manga, Film, TV, and Gaming category deals.
• Lead day-to-day engagement with external partners, namely our partners based in Japan, including when necessary, conversing with partners in both English and Japanese, to understand their objectives and ensure all campaign elements reflect them, along with key brand and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate and communicate as key point of contact internally on behalf of a partner to champion their needs.
• Work closely with art/design, product, marketing, publishing, creative, engineering, legal, and other teams to ensure all elements are created and delivered on time, including overseeing holistic partnership timeline, assisting with go-to-market deliverables, and consolidating partner communications.

What we're looking for
• Partnerships, project management, partnership marketing and/or account management experience at an entertainment, gaming, anime company or agency.
• Fluent Japanese speaker.
• Basic knowledge of best practices and deep knowledge of how to work with Japanese based brands and teams with a pop culture/anime focus.
