What We Do

We raise the quality level of audio in all Epic game titles and technologies as well as engage with a world-class team to create amazing gaming experiences.

What You'll Do

We're looking for an Audio Manager, who can both manage and develop junior members of the team. This person will also be able to contribute to creative and technical audio efforts across Epic.

In This Role You Will
• Manage audio personnel within the Epic Audio team; mentor and grow the careers of the audio team.
• Help contribute career growth and educational development of the entire Epic audio community.
• Contribute as part of the audio creative leadership team.
• Help create and implement audio assets alongside the audio team.

What We're Looking For
• Wide range of experiences with game audio production pipelines.
• Broad experience and expertise in all areas of audio production, including audio, VO and music for linear and interactive experiences.
• 5+ years experience working as an interactive audio designer/developer.
• Familiarity with modern game audio development environments.
• Experience shipping games with Unreal, Unity, or similar proprietary game editor.
• Proven ability to set visionary goals within the audio field.
• Good communicator and mentor.
• Audio hobbies/interests.

Creative Design Skills
• High degree of sound design, music design, and/or technical sound design proficiency
• A high-level understanding of the game development process across disciplines
• Big-picture creativity applied to large scale projects
