Job Description

In This Role You Will
• Enter, update, and manage both customer and vendor databases
• Supplier onboarding
• Customer onboarding
• Updates per customer/vendor requests
• Database cleanup and ongoing maintenance for accuracy
• Integration of new Suppliers and Customers from business partnerships
• Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Sales/Business Development, customers, and vendors
• Provide reporting on metrics and other key performance indicators
• Streamline and identify automation opportunities for customers/supplier onboarding, and maintenance processes
• Identify and help execute on other process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Assist the Procurement, AP and AR teams as needed with billing, cash applications, invoice processing and other tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in shared service functions (AR, AP particularly)
• Understanding of the P2P (Procure to Pay), and O2C (Order to Cash) cycles
• 3+ years of related experience
• Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
• Proficiency with MS Excel (formulas, vlookup, pivot tables)
• ERP systems
• SOX experience a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Hands-on, flexible, and a team player able to function in a fast-paced, agile environment
