Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Administration, coordination and/or tracking of various TV initiatives and industry events
• Conduct research and provide summary on specific entertainment topics
• TV finance/billing/expense tracking and approval coordination
• Provide professional and confidential support for the Unscripted TV department as needed
• Screen incoming requests to determine priority level, including phone calls, visitors and incoming mail
• Schedule internal and external meetings as well as arrange audio & video conference calls
• Proactively manage the executive's calendar
• Manage travel arrangements and proactively check on cancellations or delays to ensure alternate arrangements are made

Key Competencies
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience entertainment industry exposure/experience required
• On set production experience is a plus
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under tight time frames
• A self-starter who can work both independently and function well within a team
• Demonstrate strong independent judgment and a high degree of interpersonal effectiveness to be able to deal with stakeholders across various levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment where flexibility, keeping others informed and anticipating needs is essential
• Ability to build relationships and interact respectfully and confidently with internal executives, executive assistants and external contacts
• Ability to manage efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure deadlines are met by prioritizing workflow
• Strong people and conflict management skills
• Positive, collaborative team player
• Demonstrated discretion and confidence dealing with highly sensitive matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
