Junior Talent Acquisition Manager (12-month FTC)

About Entertainment One

Role Summary:

Based out of the London Capper Street office, the Junior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish for a wide range of junior to mid-level roles, as well as supporting the TA Manager on senior roles through building a talent pipeline, ensuring eOne is bringing in the best talent to meet the needs of our Family Brands and Film/TV businesses.

Key responsibilities:
• Managing the recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles across all London eOne Businesses - Family Brands, Film & Television, Group Finance and Corporate.
• Engaging with passive candidates and sourcing shortlists for a variety of roles as directed by the TA Manager.
• Uphold our 'direct-first' approach to every vacancy, proactively source candidates
• Posting job adverts, reviewing applications, contacting candidates and managing them through the process, ensuring a first-rate candidate experience.
• Conducting robust behavioural/competency interviews to ensure we continue to hire only the best people
• Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process, from advertising, sourcing and selection through to interviews support eOne's ongoing commitment to inclusion and diversity
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their needs
• Develop a strong understanding of eOne's businesses
• Ensure compliance of hiring practices with legislation.
• Ad-hoc administration, keeping folders/files organized, interview scheduling

Key Competencies:
• University degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Commerce, Psychology, Sociology, or an industry related field.
• Previous experience in managing recruitment processes and a strong grasp of recruitment administration
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding recruitment and selection practices.
• A skilled interviewer with experience in competency interviewing candidates
• Experience using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Ability to establish credibility and trust
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Demonstrated organisation skills and ability to schedule tasks
• Keen attention to detail
• Team-oriented and skilled at working within a collaborative environment
• A genuine passion for the Entertainment Industry
