We are currently looking for a dynamic JR. Project Manager to join our Marketing team in Toronto. We want a savvy, resourceful, highly organized and assertive individual, who carries a solid background in marketing strategy & planning, broadcast & digital media, material creation, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategies for various upcoming films and manage their implementation.
• Manage and work with the media agencies that support our film releases.
• Manage the paid and organic digital strategies for film launches.
• Develop and manage creative materials for all media working closely with creative agencies.
• Develop and monitor the budgets of our various projects.
• Collaborate with the Quebec and International teams on various advertising and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain processes to manage workflow.
• Participate in team strategy sessions to brainstorm ideas for each film title.
• Other administrative responsibilities include: invoicing, reporting, internal screenings and corporate requests.

Qualifications:
• University/college degree, preferably in marketing, traditional & digital media or film
• Minimum 2-4years experience working in a marketing capacity, with exposure to strategy and planning
• Experience managing relationships with media partners and third-party agencies
• Exposure to developing and administering budgets
• Familiarity and experience in project management and the requirements of executing a plan
• Computer skills including Excel and graphic programs (ie. Adobe Photoshop)
