Analyst, Strategic Planning, Film & Television (12 month contract)

Role Purpose…

The Analyst, Strategic Planning, Film & Television will be responsible for supporting Film & Television initiatives including content planning and analysis, operational support, project management of strategic initiatives, process mapping and refinement.

You will support the VP, Strategic Planning & Operations in the execution of group initiatives and develop analysis to support strategic decision making.

In this role, your accountabilities and responsibilities may include
• Create and prepare support documents for projects related to Film & Television strategic initiatives
• Provide key analytic and research support in the assessment of content and distribution strategies
• Prepare presentations for internal stakeholders for internal planning and strategic updates
• Support centralized slate management through maintenance of film & television content data
• Prepare and maintain reports and summaries in support of development and production slates
• Support roll-out of various systems and trackers across functions

To do this role, you will have…
• Bachelor degree with a strong academic track record, preferably in Business
• At least 2-3 years of work experience; prior experience in management consulting and/or working with media and entertainment companies is a plus
• Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proven ability to independently structure problems, analysis, and written communications
• Strong interpersonal skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, attentive to detail, and a collaborative team player
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities and direction
• Strong project management skills with excellent time management; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
