Job Description
eOne brings to market both original and existing content, sourcing IP from Hasbro's portfolio of 1500+ brands, and through a diversified network of creative partners and eOne companies.

This position will be involved in building and maintaining film and ultimates models, creating greenlight presentations, research, analysis, and performing ad hoc analysis. The Analyst will have the opportunity to apply business and financial expertise to the Film and Television industry, interact with senior executives, and contribute to Hasbro/Entertainment One's strategic direction. This role will have the opportunity to work on both Film and Television.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare greenlight and maintaining ultimates models for production, co-production, acquisition, and distribution titles from inception through post release across Film & Television. The economic profile of each P&L will be based on analysis of industry trends and understanding existing production/distribution/output deals and talent deal terms.
• Regularly present analytical insights and provide recommendations to support the negotiations process
• Create presentations to support executive decision-making, including greenlight memos and high-level strategy documents for approval to Executives
• Assist in preparing 3-year slate planning and annual plan
• Develop, implement and maintain dashboards/trackers and reporting tools that turn data into actionable insights
• Work closely with all internal stakeholders – Creative developments, Business Affairs, Legal, Sales Team, Production Finance, Finance & Accounting, Participations & Residuals
• Ad-hoc reporting as requested to support senior management and business partners

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or other relevant field
• 1-2 years relevant work experience, ideally in Content Planning & Analysis, Corporate/Content Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, Consulting, Participations or related field
• Excellent finance, analytical and forecasting skills, with strong Microsoft Excel including financial modeling required
• Prior experience in Media/Entertainment is a plus but not required
• A strong interest in film and TV content and a desire for a long-term career within the media industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency and ability to work extended hours as needed
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
