Job Description

Entercom is looking for an exceptional and innovative SVP, Digital Sales Acceleration to drive digital sales strategy and product innovation. As leaders in the digital space, we are looking for a digital trailblazer that challenges the process and thinks outside the box to provide the best solutions for our customers. The SVP DSA will partner with Market Managers and Local Sales Leadership and Regional Presidents to create compelling Digital Sales Strategies to maximize revenue generation across our O+O and extension business. You will oversee digital sales training and ensure the sales team has all they need to exceed digital sales goals and accelerate digital growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the subject matter expert on building the best strategic approach to driving the revenue for digital
• Partner with local sales leadership to cultivate a consultative approach to digital media sales to exceed revenue goals
• Train and develop Digital Sales Managers as strong market partners
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify new products and manage the training roll out of those products
• Run consistent training and strategy sessions to ensure product and strategy excellence across the local markets
• Motivate sales team through building inspirational training materials to increase product knowledge and sales adoption
• Analyze market trends and closely align with the markets to identify areas of opportunity to ensure sales strategy and sales products are world class
• Work with other SME's across the digital team to ensure appropriate communication strategy
• Develop strong relationships with our internal customers across the company and in our local markets, including GSM, DOS, RVP and RP's, and other cross-functional teams by being a valuable resource.
• Communicate best practices for tracking campaign success through measuring digital metrics and client return on investment and effectiveness of digital campaigns
• Other duties as assigned by the EVP, Digital Sales
• This position will report into management located in NYC, however due to the high volume of travel required for the role, the position can be based out of an alternative market location.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:
• 10 years minimum marketing or audio sales experience required with 4+ years Digital product/training experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in development of marketing campaigns and business-to-business marketing.
• Strategic planning and analysis experience
• Proven collaborator
• Experience in working with multiple markets across the country
• Experience with financial metrics, including pricing, inventory management, revenue pacing and forecasting
• Sales Management experience required
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Travel required to and from Entercom locations.

A valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
