In this role you will:
• Provide support to the benefits, talent acquisition, and HR departments on various projects, reporting needs, file feed integrations, and more.
• Assist with system administrator duties for UltiPro/UKG (HRIS), PlanSource (benefits administration system), ATS (applicant tracking system), and Onboarding system.
• Responsible for ongoing administration and configuration of various HRIS workflow processes.
• Responsible for annual compliance reporting obligations such as OFCCP Reporting, ACA Reporting, EEO reporting, annual nondiscrimination testing / reporting for Health & Welfare Plans and 401(k) Plan, various quarterly reporting as required.
• Manage HRIS document acknowledgement configuration and reporting.
• Ongoing administration and maintenance for various HRIS file feed integrations with vendors including troubleshooting, and resolving root cause issues within integrations.
• Regular auditing of HRIS data to ensure data quality & integrity.
• Oversee and configure HRIS users' access and security roles.
• Responsible for the administration and configuration of the Job Titles database within our HRIS.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests from management.
• Handle all imports into HRIS as needed, examples: M&A activity, mass updates, etc.
• Special duties and projects assigned as needed to support ever changing business needs.
Qualifications:
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Advanced excel skills required.
• Intermediate SQL skills required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
