Job Description
Endeavor is seeking a Head of Inclusion to help create and implement efforts for our global commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Director will work closely with company leaders and in particular the WME agency to develop a comprehensive strategy for creating a diverse and inclusive culture. The VP will work in partnership with department heads establish a system of accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create accountability metrics with department heads
• Develop diverse external partnerships that translate into pipeline opportunities
• Grow and support Empower
• Manage third-party consultants and budgets as available to implement specific projects
• Provide monthly diversity metrics and analysis with a focus on improvement of promotion and retention of underrepresented people
• Work with onboarding team to assist new hires in navigating the WME offices and creating a recurring check- in mechanism
• Identify high potential assistants in partnership with HRBP to cultivate and flag for the Trainee Program and open desks
• Work to create structure that allows all to thrive and benefit
• With SVP, Impact & Inclusion and HR leadership team, organize departmental leadership bias awareness and other relevant training
• Partner with Recruiting Team on sourcing candidates that reflect the diversity we want in the agency
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
• 10-15 years of experience in field of diversity
• Deep knowledge and interest in issues of global diversity and inclusiveness, anti-racism, equity, and cultural competence
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Experience operating with a global mindset with respect to issues of diversity and inclusiveness
• Preferred experience in entertainment and talent agency organizations
• Experience working with c-level executives
• Sensitivity to cultural and ideological diversity, particularly around identity of disenfranchised groups (i.e. gender, race, class, ability, sexual orientation, and other forms of identity)
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage leaders, peers, and direct reports to achieve ambitious and transformative results
• Strong public speaker
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Must be objective and maintain confidential information
• Maintains a sense of humor and a collaborative, ''one team'' working style
