Endeavor is a global sports and entertainment company, home to many of the world's most dynamic and engaging storytellers, brands, live events and experiences. The company is comprised of industry leaders including entertainment agency WME; sports, fashion, events and media company IMG; and premier mixed martial arts organization UFC. The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.

Endeavor's creative and social teams are seeking a Videographer/Editor to join the team. Candidate must understand and be passionate about social content, have a mastery over all aspects of production, and be proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder (some graphic design experience is a plus.)

A working knowledge of basic production equipment is required. This includes photo/ video cameras, lighting, and audio.

Duties will include:
- Shooting and editing original videos featuring stories for Endeavor, as well as the brands within Endeavor's network, using creative storytelling and editing to produce the best possible content.
- Capture interview, b-roll, and short form video content, as well as basic photo needs, both in the office and at events.
- Optimizing content for best performance on social platforms - SnapChat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Story, IGTV, Tik Tok, etc.

The ideal candidate is both creative and entrepreneurial with a strong post-production background specializing in social, sales, and promotional content.

Familiarity with video metrics across all social media platforms is a must. They must also have a working knowledge of video and content management systems for digital platforms.

This position is extremely fast-paced and hands-on. The ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure is crucial. This role interfaces with various agents, executives, and clients about their creative needs and effectively manage the entire creative process for multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail, are required.
