The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation; marketing and licensing; content development, distribution and sales; event management; and a number of direct-to consumer offerings.

Endeavor is looking for a video editor/producer to edit and produce videos for use on our clients' social media platforms. The right candidate is someone who is familiar with and interested in the sports, fashion, entertainment and digital landscape.

DESCRIPTION:
• Create and edit original videos for clients, as well as the brands within Endeavor's network, using creative storytelling and editing to produce the best possible content
• Cut clips from pre-existing linear or digital footage across our network for the purpose of social media distribution and monetization
• Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients
• Process, organize, and maintain video file organization, both in Adobe Premiere and on our video server
• Create and implement graphics, color grade, sound mix, finalize, export, and upload video content
• Partner with Endeavor Creative and post-production teams to help distribute content on all platforms
• Capture interview, b-roll, and short form video content, as well as basic photo needs, both in the office and at events
• Manage multiple projects with constantly shifting deadlines
• Obsess over optimizing content for best performance on social platforms - SnapChat, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Story, IGTV & Tik Tok
• Job may require the individual to work during event times, so night / weekend work should be expected

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-3 years experience in video production/video editing
• Social optimized (Facebook, Facebook Watch, TikTok, IG TV, Reels and YouTube) experience preferred
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder (some graphic design experience is a plus)
• Familiarity with video metrics across all social media platforms
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize video content across these platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are a must
• Experience working in an extremely fast paced and hands-on environment while juggling multiple projects at once
• Working knowledge of video and content management systems for digital platforms
• Basic production experience working with common high definition cameras such as the Sony A7S II and DSLRS is a plus
