Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to be a part of a challenging, fast-paced and exciting sports culture. The full-time position is located on-site in the Stanford Athletics Department. You will join a highly skilled travel team that manages the complex coordination and execution of all aspects of collegiate team and administrative travel.

E ssential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with operational staff providing
options for the planning of the team seasonal travel needs
• Contract air & hotel space for team travel
• Execute hotel contracts with legal office & provide required documentation for both the University and Anthony Travel
• M anage deadlines & administer changes to itinerary and/or participants
• Create trip summary and share document using the internal shared drive
• Provide necessary documentation required for State requirements
• Book individual travel for administration and staff
• Manage multiple requests during recruiting season in a fast paced environment
• Communicate with Ground Transportation Account Manager on bus needs for teams
• Promote and show proficiency with online booking tool and be a resource for staff for any troubleshooting needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with local car and hotel vendors
• Provide assistance to Business Office with travel related projects

Additional Information

Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, vacation and 401 K . The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm P ST and the position is required
on-site, and it is not a remote position . Some additional hours and weekends will be req uired during peak event times. Salary is contingent on experience.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$64,480 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$79,200 annually
