Job Description
The TMS Product Support Analyst will be responsible for TMS product support, acting as first line of support for TMS Application working closely with business stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible to ensure developed applications meet the established standards of quality including required functionalities, usability, UX/UI, integration and performance, as well as defining and documenting test cases based on the business requirements documentation.

The candidate will also be involved in helping to develop and deliver application enhancements, participating in business requirements gathering, solution design, system testing, solution implementation, and training end user adoption.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Provide first line of SME support for Talent Management System issues
• Own and manage incidents and service requests related to TMS application to meet agreed resolution targets
• Develop and apply testing processes for TMS application to meet quality requirements.
• Close coordination with business users, development and project team to estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality-testing activities.
• Creating comprehensive, detailed, well-structured, and intuitive test cases based on the defined requirements.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Working closely with development teams and a variety of Business stakeholder groups to ensure system implementation, compatibility, and user satisfaction.
• Liaison with Business and development teams to clarify requirements for software developers and execute any gap analysis between requirements and developed software functionality.
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for business suitability. Facilitating any business process re-engineering efforts required for the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Writing training documentation, user manuals, and provide training to users of a new system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory
• 2 to 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in IT processes necessary for the quality assurance, release management, and support of highly complex enterprise solutions and services including training and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to test, release, and support enterprise systems that are scalable, usable, and have acceptable performance.
• Experience liaising with business stakeholders and geographically dispersed development teams.
• Ability to balance the needs of Business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization, clearly communicate any blocking risks and/or issues, properly set expectations.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to write concise and accurate documentation.

Desirable
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile project methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft development and application technologies.
• Business process re-engineering
• Experience working in the Media, Events, or Fashion industries
• Exposure to IT Helpdesk ticketing systems
