Sports Marketing Assistant

Job Description

Essential Functions:
• Providing administrative support for VP such as scheduling meetings, note taking, expense reports, and more.
• First point of contact with all groups for new project requests
• Optimize the creative process and oversees the implementation of a project planning system to track and maintain timelines and prioritize que
• Follows up with agents and various teams to ensure information required to complete a project is submitted
• Maintains & archives files
• Light creative tasks (Basic Keynote, photoshop, and copywriting skills)
• Oversees sports newsletter
• Assists with special projects and research as needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years administrative experience working in a marketing, advertising, or creative space
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and optimize
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in the execution of assigned tasks.
• Friendly and open demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Dependable and proactive.
• Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.

Core Competencies:
• Project Management
• Basic PowerPoint and Keynote skills
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite Skills is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
