Social Media Programmer - Talent

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Execute programming strategy on Facebook for key clients with the goal of fan engagement, audience development, and driving revenue
• Ensure content is approved, delivered and posts are published and optimized for each platform and timely manner and error-free
• Manage all workflow and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including production teams, as well as regular communication with agents, clients and their respective teams
• Develop and execute the reporting for all activity related to content programming
• Be able to plan -- not just create specific posts but execute a game plan

Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience working in a social media programming role on behalf of an individual, brand or high-profile account
• Facebook and YouTube publishing experience is a must
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, GIPHY and other emerging platforms (e.g. Clubhouse)
• Experience with real-time engagement and analytics tools is preferred – most notably, CrowdTangle, MVPIndex, Influential and SocialBakers
• A demonstrated ability to identify and create engaging social media content as well as recognize and leverage social moments
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
