Job Description
Endeavor is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who will help conceive and bring to life imaginative content and disruptive ideas designed to educate, grow and engage Endeavor and its subsidiaries' audiences. This role requires strong understanding of social platforms, content creation capability, programming knowledge, and exceptional organizational experience and analytical skills. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter, a passion for memes and moments, fueled by curiosity.
A love of social media and entertainment and the ability to excite community through content across all social formats is essential.
Responsibilities
• Help create and manage content for Endeavor and a number of its subsidiaries' (i.e. talent agency WME and sports media, events and marketing company IMG) corporate channels
• Execute a content strategy with the goal of industry education and audience development
• Ensure content is approved, delivered and posts are published and optimized for each platform in a timely manner and error-free
• Manage all workflow and coordination with internal and external stakeholders including production teams, as well as regular communication with agents, executives, clients and their respective teams
• Develop and execute the reporting for all activity related to content programming
• Be able to plan -- not just create specific posts but execute a game plan
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience working in a social media programming role on behalf of an individual, brand or high-profile account
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, GIPHY and other emerging platforms (e.g. Clubhouse)
• Experience with real-time engagement and analytics tools is preferred – most notably, CrowdTangle, MVPIndex, Influential and SocialBakers
• A demonstrated ability to identify and create engaging social media content as well as recognize and leverage social moments
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
