Senior Manager, Paid Acquisition

Department: IMG Media & Events – Consumer Marketing
Overview of Job: The IMG Media & Events Consumer Marketing group is seeking a data-driven performance marketer to join the team as Senior Manager, Paid Acquisition. The successful candidate will develop and implement holistic digital marketing channel strategies and drive meaningful revenue impact across the portfolio.

Reports To: VP, Digital Marketing, Media & Events

Location: New York, NY

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Develop holistic digital marketing channel strategies, including paid social, search, programmatic, OTT, sponsored content, influencer, etc.
• Launch campaigns that drive meaningful revenue impact for the IMG Media & Events portfolio
• Implement channel best practices and industry-leading optimization strategies to maximize ROAS
• Architect and implement ambitious A/B testing plans across channels, targeting, creative, landing experiences, conversion funnels, incrementality, etc.
• Leverage data to identify new opportunities
• Manage and own channel performance, KPIs, and reporting
• Manage budgets and ensure spend is allocated optimally across channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing stakeholders, including creative, brand, lifecycle, PR, insights and analytics, engineering, etc.

Knowledge and Experience
• Extensive hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital acquisition/direct response campaigns
• Experience developing holistic digital marketing campaign strategies
• Extensive experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns
• Data-driven analytical thinker with experience leveraging data to identify optimization opportunities and inform business decisions
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Advanced knowledge of Excel: pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Skills and Abilities
• Strong ability to stay organized while juggling multiple projects involving cross-functional stakeholders
• Keen interest in staying plugged in to digital growth industry trends
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Comfortable managing budgets of varying sizes
